missing the bus stops

“the only thing good about missing the bus stop is the long walk back.” - Me
I am what you may call a person with a bad sense of direction. I often get lost when going to other places. Looking back, I have been lost for so many times in so many places and in so many ways that it became a normal thing for me. And I’m glad that our ancestors took the courage to stand up and take the first step and invented “walk”. They revolutionized how we bipeds travel. Walking has been the solution to my never ending i-don’t-know-where-the-hell-am-i problem. Walking makes it easier for me to be familiar with the place and not get lost.
It’s easy to get lost in a big city, especially for me. Whenever i ride the bus I always miss my stop, it’s either i was too busy looking outside the window that i did not notice the stops or i just simply do not know where to go down. Missing a bus stop in U.A.E means walking a great distance to get back to where you’re suppose to go and in the burning heat of the Arabian sun, walking is only for those who can endure. During those long walks, I get the chance to look at the places the second time around and sometimes i get to see people and things that i did not notice when riding the bus. I think that the only good thing about missing the bus stop is the long walk back.
This blog will be just like missing the bus stop and walking back. I’m simply looking back at things on a different view and on a different speed.
